Steering Committee Meetings

The Steering Committee meets once a year in the Member Country of the Chairperson. The purposes of the meeting are to formulate policies of the AUN/SEED-Net and to review and approve activity plans presented by the Secretariat.

Field-wise Seminars organized in the first phase have been expanded and merged to be Regional Conferences, which involve more participants from broader communities including industry, community, non-Member Institutions, and other professional organizations. The Regional Conferences are held annually in each of the nine fundamental engineering field and the five interdisciplinary fields, as the venue for researchers and experts to discuss and share knowledge as well as for members of the Network to systematize and update progress of all related activities for respective fields .
